Location : Gardabani municipality , near the village of Akhali samgori
On may 4,2022, JSC “Georgian Energy Development Fund” and LLC “P.V. Port” signed a partnership agreement . Based on the agreement , the joint venture LLC “Solare Georgia” was established on July 1, 20220. The agreement also provided for the implementation of the 9.9 MW “New Samgori Solar Power Plant” project in the Gardabani municipality . region of Kvemo kartli.
On December 20, 2022, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia approved the “Gardabani Solar Power Plant” project concept. This concept was identified as a public-private partnership project.
Currently relevant legal procedures are underway to sign the above-mentioned agreement.
