The Economic Forum Conference - „Georgian Energy Policy 2025 - Summary and Expectations" was held

The Director of the JSC „Georgian Energy Development Fund", Vladimer Dzneladze, participated in the discussion of the "Economic Forum". The topic under discussion was - „Georgian Energy Policy 2025 - Summary and Expectations".

It is also worth noting, that the economic forum aimed to discuss the country's energy policy and innovations and challenges in the field. Within the framework of the mentioned issue, Inga Pkhaladze, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, stated that, against the backdrop of global challenges, strengthening energy efficiency, promoting the development of renewable energy (Hydro, Wind, solar), their rational use and liberalization of the energy market are one of the main priorities of the national economic policy. She also drew attention to Georgia's significant potential in the direction of renewable energy. She emphasized, that its effective utilization requires the development of appropriate infrastructure and the creation of an attractive investment environment. 

The Economic Forum Conference was also attended by the Chairman of the Economic Policy Committee of the Parliament, Shota Berekashvili, the Chairman of Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission, David Narmania and the General Director of the Bank of Georgia, Archil Gachechiladze.
