In 2022 “Parvus Group” LLC and “Georgian Energy Development Fund “ JSC founded a joint enterprise “Parvus” LLC. Which is implementing the construction of four hydroelectric power plants. The project implementation is underway in Aspindza and Dusheti municipality. It’s total installed capacity is .5 MW. The total shares of the enterprise are distributed as follows: LTD “Parvus” – 50.1 % .   GEDF – 49. 99 %. The company plans to complete the work and operate the HPP by September- October 2023.
