In 2023 , “Parvu Group” LLC and JSC “ Georgian Energy Development
Fund” , jointly started the development of Basra 1, Basra 2, Basra 3 HPP projects.
The project is underway in the Guria and Adjara regions. The total installed
capacity is 6.84 MW. The shares in the enterprise are distributed as follows: LLC
“parvu Group” – 50.1 % . GEDF – 49.9 % preparations for pre-construction work
are currently underway. The company intensely working on obtaining a
construction permit.
