Work experience

  • Levan Mosakhlishvili has been working at JSC “Georgian Energy Development Fund” since 2013. He currently holds the position of Deputy Director. In 2019-2022, he worked as a Deputy Director for Legal Affairs. In 2013-2019, he held the position of Director of the Legal Department at JSC “Georgian Energy Development Fund” and during the same period was a member of the Board of Directors of LLC “Qartli Wind Power Plant”.

  • Before joining the GEDF he served as a Head of the Legal Department at the Largest private industry group (GIG) Ltd “Georgian Industrial Group. From time to time he served as a Head of the Legal Department at Georgian International Energy Corporation, as an Attorney and Central Branch Manager at LP “Kordzadze Law Office”, Court Administration Coordinator at Georgian Judicial Administration and Management Reform Project (Tetra Tech), Deputy Director and Director of Public Management Program at Civil Society Institute (CSI), Head of the Legal Department at Bank “Constanta” and Manager and Consultant at Georgian Young Lawyers` Association (GYLA).
  • Levan Mosakhlishvili also serves as a Head of the Bachelor program at Caucasus University Law School and an Energy Ambassador of Efix in Georgia.

Education

  • Mr. Levan Mosakhlishvili hold PhD in Law and is currently student for PhD at Power Engineering and Telecommunication Faculty in Energy and Electrical Engineering.
  • He is also an author of 7 books, 23 articles and an author or co-author of 14 researches.
