Mr. Jaba Khmaladze, Director of JSC "Georgian Energy Development Fund", spoke about EMES – “Electronic Energy Management System” in TV program "Business on Rustavi 2", which implies improvement of use of state services in the energy sector and provision of information under the “one window” principle.
According to Mr. Jaba Khmaladze, e-governance is a concept based on information and communication technologies in the energy sector, which aims to digitize and simplify the use of state services. This provides access to the services of the public structures on a common platform, through the creation of unified electronic system and database. In addition, Mr. Jaba Khmaladze noted that EMES – “Electronic Energy Management System” will allow customers to use the services of various public agencies regardless of location.
In addition, Mr. Jaba Khmaladze, director of JSC “Georgian Energy Development Fund” in the TV program “Business on Rustavi 2” spoke about the importance of creating of the platform of EMES - „Electronic Energy Management System” Platform in the energy sector, through which data exchange standards, interoperability and efficiency will be increased, which means less time expenditure in the process of administrative proceedings. According to him, the platform will allow both Georgian and foreign investors to receive easily the necessary information through the personal page in one space and be able to electronically identify, initiate and administer various projects.
This multifunctional system will ensure transparency of ongoing processes in the energy sector and increase efficiency- Mr. Jaba Khmaladze said.
