Energy Forum held by USAID

Jaba Khmaladze, head of JSC "Georgian Energy Development Fund" took part in the Energy Forum held by USAID.

The forum is a platform for the parties involved in the field to discuss the achievements on the way of fulfilling the obligations under the energy union agreement, planned reforms and next steps in the country.

The representatives of the Parliament of Georgia, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission, and the energy sector attended the Energy Forum.

Within the framework of the event, the Draft Energy Independence Act prepared by the Committee for Sectoral conomy and conomic Policy with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), was discussed .
